Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi said on Friday he was looking forward to capturing the Lahore Qalandars running back in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) if given the chance.

He commended the Lahore Qalandars management at a press conference, praising him as “very good”.

“It’s great to sing in Lahore Qalandars, I’ve been playing with them for years,” he said.

Meanwhile, explaining the challenges of throwing in Bangladesh he said it was difficult to throw the stadium a bit.

The Lanky left-handed thrower said, “Bowling is good when the thrower is aggressive and strong.”

While talking about the attackers and his throwing partner Hasan Ali, who is also in amazing form these days, Afridi noted that Hasan Ali is a fighter, and it is fun to throw around him.

He said he would work hard in the second Test against Bangladesh and win the series.

“When the captain gives the ball, I strive to do well and win the team; I try to give my 100% by swinging the most,” Afridi said.

He went on to say that if a player fails in a match he should not be considered a loser, adding that Test cricket is difficult.

Pakistan cricket team is busy preparing to beat Bangladesh in the second Test match in a two-match series starting tomorrow [Saturday] and finishing another white over home.
